At Curated Comforts, we aim to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below:
30 Day Returns PolicyÂ
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item, provided it is in its original condition and unopened packaging.
Returns for items that have been used, assembled, or removed from their packaging will not be accepted unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, it must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. Contact our customer support team at: info@curatedcomforts.co.uk or 02081291659 or via our live chat.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the fault or damage
- Supporting photographs of the affected item and packaging
Return Process
Contact Us: Before returning any item, reach out to our customer support team to request a returns authorisation number and instructions.
Prepare Your Item: Ensure item is securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, instructions, and labels.
Arrange Return Shipping:
For non faulty returns, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. For faulty or damaged items, we will arrange and cover the cost of return shipping. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 10-14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Delivery charges are non refundable for non faulty items
Exclusions are on any clearance items that are not eligible for returns unless faulty or damaged. Items returned without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
